Keep your PC fast by removing junk files.

There are several locations in a computer where junk and temporary files live.

Bring the 'Run' menu(Windows key+R):
Type any of the following-

temp
%temp%
recent
prefetch

...and then press 'Enter'
Select all(Ctrl+A), permanently delete all of them (Shift↑+Del)

This removes all your junk files. Some could not be removed. To remove them, download Unlocker.
